Rapid, simple-use lateral flow AgraStrip® Pro kits for allergen testing on Food and environmental surfaces
RomerLabs Agrastrip® Pro kits provide users with the ability to take hold of their testing with rapid, onsite lateral flow devices for a range of allergens. Utilizing cutting-edge qualitative strips, that harnesses the power of targeted antibodies and colloidal gold, to generate a visually discernible colour development in both test and control zones. This innovative technology enables rapid analysis of a broad spectrum of food and environmental samples in just 11 minutes from sampling, providing manufacturers certainty of the utmost safety and quality for your consumers.
Each test kits come complete with lateral flow strips, antibody-coated incubation vials, extraction tubes, extraction buffer, surface swabs and additional accessories – offering a complete solution. The following Agrastrip kits are available from South Island Scientific:

Product Specifications: Store at room temperature between +15°C to 25°C prior to use Suitable for use with a range of Matrices:
- Raw Materials - food product and ingredients
- Environmental Surfaces - Swabs included in the pack to complete environmental testing
Result interpretation: Each kit has a differing Limit of Detection (LOD);
- Gluten - 4ppm Gluten
- Milk - 1ppm Milk Protein
- Peanut - 1ppm Peanut
All kits display the result on the lateral flow device (LFD) as;
Negative – one line only on LFD (Control Line present, no test line present)
Positive – 2 lines on LFD (Control line and positive line)
